The final leg of the 2014 Triple Crown of Running is Saturday and it’s a long way to run for those new to running. But cn|2 Sports’ Kirby Adams has trained hundreds of novice runners and explains why if you’ve already put in the miles on your training schedule, the rest is mental.
The Papa John’s 10-Miler begins at 8:00 a.m. on March 22 at Third Street, near Central Avenue and Churchill Downs.
