2012 NCAA Division II National Championship Festival
More than a thousand student athletes are in Louisville this week to compete in the 2012 NCAA Division II National Championships Festival. It’s the only place in the NCAA where six champions will be crowned in a single event – for softball, women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s golf and men’s and women’s tennis. The Louisville Magic will head to Bloomington for the Adidas Classic this weekend.
The Magic are coached by ex-UofL player Ellis Myles, who has managed to round up some of the state’s top young talent.
